We have adapted the standard Tremec T5 gearbox to fit various classic cars which benefit from a 5 speed conversion. All gearboxes provided by us are completely new, we do not deal in used gearboxes. We only buy new complete gearboxes direct from Tremec then convert them!
These kits come including gearstick position adapter, clutch drive plate, spigot bush, propshaft, mounting kit and an adapter plate to allow direct bolt up to a standard Jaguar bell housing. New speedo drive fitted.
Speed ratios:
1st 2.95:1
2nd 1.94:1
3th 1.34:1
4th 1.00:1
5th 0.63:1
Reverse 2.76:1.
Please note: Due to the changed gear ratio, the speedometer must be recalibrated.
