The processing of personal data in accordance with Article 6 I lit. GDPR is our legitimate interest for the performance of our business activities. In addition, we do not store any data that we do not need to store.

How long is personal data stored?

The criteria for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective legal retention period. After the expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract.

Legal regulations for the provision of personal data as a requirement for the conclusion of a contract.

The provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or may also result from contractual regulations (e.g. information on the contractual partner). When a contract is concluded, it is necessary that a person concerned provides us with personal data which must subsequently be processed by us. These include, for example, bank details, the type of vehicle in your garage, shipping address or tax number.
