Aston Martin DB9 (2004-2016)

The DB9 was a supercar above the Vantage series. Only the upmarket series were designated with the model designation DB, for the owner David Brown, who shaped the company's history. The DB9 was manufactured in Gaydon and was only offered with a V12 engine in various power stages. Originally designed by Ian Callum, later adaptations were made under the direction of Henrik Fisker. The car was available as a coupé or convertible, called Volante at Aston Martin since 1965. Zagato, as a long-time licensor of the DB factory bodies, congratulated the birthday with the Spider Centennial. The second series from 2012 received extensive changes to the aluminium monocoque, which is also the technical basis for the Vanquish released in 2012.
