Shipping modalities

Normal packages are usually shipped within UK within 2-3 days. Express orders must be received before 4 p.m. in order to be delivered the next working day.

Seat belts

We would be happy to send you a material sample free of charge in advance so that you can be sure of the right one Color and the right material to choose. Depending on the color you want, please allow for a longer delivery time. In the case of unusual color requests, the material is only produced on special looms if there is sufficient demand.

Forwarding

For individual product types, special features must be observed when shipping. We are happy to offer you the shipping costs for engines, frames, oil over 20 liters and other items that can only be shipped by courier separately.

Windscreens

Before shipping windscreens, we need from you please send the following document: transport letter

Packaging costs

As a rule, there are no separate packaging costs. In some cases, however, we have to charge you for packaging costs, for example because the products ordered are bulky goods or particularly complex packaging is required for another reason. We will inform you about this during the ordering process.

Shipping costs

The exact shipping costs for the products that you would like to order from us are specified in the virtual shopping cart during the ordering process. Domestic shipping usually costs 12.95 GBP per package. However, when ordering certain products, when shipping abroad and when choosing certain shipping methods, there are different costs.

You will be informed about the shipping costs during the ordering process before sending the order. In certain cases, shipping costs cannot reasonably be calculated in advance. We will point this out to you when you place your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on weight, size and other relevant factors. If your order requires higher shipping costs than shown on the invoice, our sales team will contact you. Assuming that the parts to ship are within shipping size regulations, please see rates below:

Grease, Oils, Liquids and other volatile or delicate items may not be sent via DHL postal service and will therefore be delivered by courier meeting health & safety standards.

Shipments to continental Europe can take up to five working days but there can be further delays due to the parcel going through customs or transit problems. Outside Europe shipping

All countries outside Europe will either be sent via DHL or UPS.

A quotation for the rates will be required as the volume of the parcel can cause prices to vary.
