Product Information "Cooling system test"

Carbon dioxide in the cooling water: evidence of leaks in the cylinder head or engine block or defective head gasket. Even the smallest leaks can be detected.
Precision pipette and indicator liquid (completely non-toxic and harmless) in solid wooden box.
Including instructions (German, English, French).

Hairline crack in the cylinder head? No test drive will show that!
Carbon dioxide entering the cooling system through a leak can be detected in one minute with this test agent. Even the smallest and most sporadic leaks.
Small leaks are only noticed at high operating temperatures and high combustion pressure.
This cannot be detected with the low test pressure of a radiator pressure gauge.
Combustion gases that enter the cooling system through a leak (defective gasket or sealing surface, crack around cylinder head or engine block) collect in the air cushion above the cooling water level and can be detected with the leak tester.
The indicator liquid is non-toxic and harmless.
