Good performance depends on properly seated valves. Badly seated or burnt valves and worn guides and stems result in hot gas escaping under compression, reducing performance and increasing engine wear. Loss of power and poor starting are some of the symptoms. The oscillating valve lapper produces gas tight seals in seconds and converts a standard rotary drill to oscillating action/grinding motion.
