Popular parts and highlights for Jaguar X-Type
The Jaguar X-Type surely shares large parts of its engineering with the Ford Mondeo. But the classic British Badge engineering does not apply to the X-Type. The venerable "The Telegraph" wrote the days of the X-Type's presentation: This car is absolutely, categorically not a Ford Mondeo. Every detail is designed for Jaguar, each equipment element is adapted to the spirit of Jaguar. Delivered only with an four-wheel drive, later even an Estate car was available.
All in all, a sufficiant high quality car, built with great attention to detail. At the moment the Jaguar X-Type, due to the large number of units built (about 350,000), is quite a bargain. For just 1000 pounds you get a neat one owner, FSH car that should be worth a consideration for next winter.
